A proud graduate of Auburn University, he earned his law degree while serving as a Special Agent for the State of Georgia. Over his 50-year career, he held various roles, including Assistant District Attorney, private practice attorney, and Chief Conflict Defender, ultimately realizing his dream when elected as State Court Judge in 2022. Beyond his legal achievements, Steve was deeply committed to community service, actively participating in organizations like the Islands Jaycee’s and Effingham Heroes, and advocating for individuals with disabilities.
