I was in urgent need of blood transfusions due to being dangerously low on blood supply from months of very heavy loss of blood during my menstrual cycles, which caused me to lose almost half of what my body's blood amount should be. Thanks to individuals that have donated blood, I was able to get several blood transfusions that brought my blood count up to where it needed to be in order for me to be healthy again.
